Grilled salmon with green onion and miso

 


[Ingredients (Serves 2)]


2 slices of fresh salmon (240g)

1/4 green onion

4 shishito peppers

A pinch of salt and pepper

A [1 tablespoon miso, 1 tablespoon mirin, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon sake]


[Preparation]


(1) Finely chop the green onion. Make several slits in the shishito peppers. Pat the salmon dry with paper towels. Line a toaster tray with aluminum foil and coat with oil (not included). Arrange the salmon skin-side down and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

(2) Mix the green onion and A ingredients in a bowl to make the green onion miso sauce.

(3) Place the green onion miso sauce on the salmon. Arrange the shishito peppers together and sprinkle with a little salt (not included).

(4) Bake in a toaster oven (approximately 1000W) for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown on the surface.
