Prawn and Broccoli Stir Fry




Ingredients


Broccoli 1, Prawn 250 grams, Garlic 4-5 cloves (chopped), Olive oil or soybean oil 2 tablespoons, Salt to taste, Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon, White sesame seeds 1 tablespoon.


How to make


1. Boil the broccoli in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Then drain the water and immerse it in cold water. This will help keep the broccoli green.


2. Heat oil in a pan and add the minced garlic. When the garlic turns light golden, add the shrimp and keep stirring. When it is cooked, add the broccoli, salt and pepper and mix well.


3. Fry the broccoli and shrimp for 2-3 minutes on low heat.


Do not cook for too long to keep the broccoli crispy. When done, sprinkle white sesame seeds on top, arrange them nicely and serve hot.
