Chicken fillet marinated in green onion sauce

 


Ingredients:


3 chicken tenderloins


[A] 1 teaspoon mayonnaise


[A] 1/3 teaspoon salt


[A] Pepper to taste


Potato starch to taste


1 tablespoon salad oil


[B] 1/4 long onion (minced)


[B] 1 green onion (finely chopped)


[B] 2 tablespoons water


[B] 2 tablespoons vinegar


[B] 2 tablespoons soy sauce


[B] 1 tablespoon sugar


[B] 1 teaspoon sesame oil


[B] 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic


[B] Red chili pepper to taste


White sesame seeds to taste


Directions:


1. Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins and cut them into strips. Rub with [A] and coat with potato starch.


② Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat, frying on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.


③ Place [B] in a deep, heat-resistant storage container and mix. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes, then arrange ② on top and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Place in the refrigerator and marinate for 1 hour, then it's done!
