Crispy Cheese Cutlet

 


Ingredients (serves 2):

1 chicken breast


1/4 teaspoon salt


Pepper to taste


1 slice cheese


[A] 3 tablespoons mayonnaise


[A] 1/2 tablespoon cake flour


Breadcrumbs to taste


3 tablespoons salad oil


Directions:

1. Place plastic wrap on top of the chicken breasts and pat flat with a cotton swab or similar.


2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then top with sliced ​​cheese and fold.


3. Spread the mixed [A] on one side and then coat with breadcrumbs. Flip and do the same on the other side.


4. Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Cook until crispy on both sides and then it's done!
