Broccoli and Carrot Hot Salad

 


[Ingredients] (Serves 2)


- 1/2 small broccoli (approx. 100g)


- 1/3 carrot (approx. 50g)


- 1 tablespoon mixed nuts


- Vinegar


- Sugar


- Salt


[Directions]


1. Separate the broccoli into small florets, peel the stems thickly, and cut them into 1cm-wide strips. Chop the carrots into small chunks.


2. Finely chop the mixed nuts.


3. Place [1] in a heat-resistant bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave (600W) for about 3 minutes. Let sit for about 5 minutes. Drain, then add 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon each of sugar and salt, and [2], and mix quickly.
