[Ingredients] (Serves 4)
2 cloves of ginger
5-6 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
250-300ml of plain yogurt
4-6 crackers
[Preparation]
1. Peel and grate the ginger. Place in a heat-resistant container with the honey. Microwave for 1 minute, mix well, and heat again for 45 seconds to 1 minute to form a jam-like consistency. Once cooled, add the lemon juice and mix. I use a 600W microwave.
[Directions]
1. Place the plain yogurt in a bowl, pour the honey ginger sauce over it, and serve with crackers.
