Ingredients (Serves 2):
200g cabbage
[A] 200ml milk
[A] 10g butter
[A] 1 teaspoon consommé soup base
[A] 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
[A] 1/4 teaspoon salt
50g thick-sliced bacon (cut into 1cm widths)
20g pizza cheese
Directions:
1. Cut the cabbage into 1cm chunks.
2. Place 1. and [A] in a deep, heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
3. Pour 2. into a heat-resistant dish and top with the thick-sliced bacon and pizza cheese. Bake in the toaster for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is golden brown. Finish!
