- 1/4 cup peas (peas only)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4-5 shrimp
- 2 teaspoons sake (for boiling)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1.5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon plain yogurt
- A pinch of salt and pepper

1. Quickly rinse the peas, drain, and toss with salt. Add the peas to boiling water and boil for 1-2 minutes, then drain in a colander.

2. Remove the shells and vein from the shrimp, cut them into 2-3 pieces, and boil in boiling water with sake. Once they change color, drain in a colander.
3. Peel the hard-boiled eggs, place them in a bowl, and roughly mash with a fork. Add the peas and shrimp, season with mayonnaise, plain yogurt, salt and pepper and serve in bowls.
