Grilled cabbage with butter

 


Ingredients (Serves 2):

1/4 cabbage (approx. 300g)


1 teaspoon vegetable oil


15g butter


[A] 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce


[A] 1/8 teaspoon salt


[A] Black pepper, to taste


Directions:

1. Roughly shred the cabbage. Thinly slice the tough core to allow it to cook through.


2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Spread the cabbage in the pan. Cook without stirring immediately, turning once lightly browned. Continue cooking until both sides are browned.


3. Add the butter to the mixture. Once the butter has melted and is fragrant, add [A], stir quickly, and it's done!
