Ingredients (Serves 2)
Maitake Mushrooms... 1 pack
Mayonnaise... 1 tablespoon
Miso... 1 teaspoon
Chiba chili pepper... to taste
Directions
1. Chop the maitake mushrooms and place them in a heat-resistant container. Mix the miso and mayonnaise together and pour over the mushrooms.
Bake in the toaster oven for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
2. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chili pepper to taste.
