5-ingredient sliced ​​cheese soufflé


Ingredients 

3 slices cheese


1/2 cup milk


2 eggs


2 tablespoons sugar


3 tablespoons pancake mix


Directions:


1. Place the torn sliced ​​cheese and milk in a deep, heat-resistant bowl and microwave uncovered at 600W for 1.5 minutes. Mix with a whisk until smooth.


2. Separate the egg yolks and whites. Place the egg whites in a separate bowl and beat thoroughly until stiff peaks form, adding the sugar in 2-3 batches.


3. Add the egg yolks to the mixture in 1 and mix, then add the pancake mix and quickly mix. Add the meringue from 2 in 2-3 batches and quickly fold with a rubber spatula.


4. Lightly coat the cocotte dish with butter or oil (not listed) and pour in the batter. Place on a baking tray and pour in boiling water to about 1cm above the surface. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20-25 minutes and it's done!


Sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste and enjoy!
