Grilled chicken wings with salt and garlic


Ingredients

4 chicken wings

A. Salt and pepper to taste

A. Coarsely ground black pepper, if available

A. Grated garlic (from a tube) - roughly 2cm thick

A. Chicken stock powder - about 1/2 teaspoon


Directions

1. Make a slit in the chicken wings near the bone and forcefully open them. There's no right or wrong way.

2. Brush or sprinkle ingredients A on the wings and fry them in an oiled frying pan over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
