Strawberry chocolate

 



[Ingredients (Serves 4)]


- Mixed berries (dried) 20g


- White chocolate 100g


[Preparation]


- Finely chop the white chocolate and place it in a heat-resistant bowl.


[Directions]


1. Place the bottom of the bowl containing the white chocolate over hot water (approx. 50°C) to melt the chocolate. Let it sit for a while and it will begin to melt. Once it's about half melted, stir with a rubber spatula. Once it's completely melted, remove the bottom of the bowl from the hot water and let it cool while stirring.

2. Add the mixed berries to the bowl (1) and mix thoroughly. Spread on a baking sheet and refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve on a plate.
