[Ingredients for 2 servings]
- 20 pea pods (120g)
- Salt to taste
- 3 new potatoes (180g)
- 1/2 Camembert cheese
<Seasonings>
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 5g butter
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
[Preparation]
- Remove the peas from the pods and quickly boil in salted water, then drain. Cut the Camembert cheese into 2cm cubes. Mix the <Seasoning> ingredients in a bowl.
If you don't have peas, you can use frozen green peas instead. In that case, use 2/3 cup.
[Directions]
1. Wash the new potatoes thoroughly, skin on, then wrap each one in plastic wrap and microwave for 3 minutes until cooked through. Place a towel over the plastic wrap and lightly crush with your hands, then peel off the skin.
Poke a piece with a bamboo skewer and if it's still hard, put it back in the microwave and cook while checking it.
2. While the peas and new potatoes are still hot, mix them with the Camembert cheese in the <Condiments> bowl and serve on a plate.
