Ingredients (Serves 2):
1 chicken thigh (cut into bite-sized pieces)
1 tablespoon potato starch
300g potatoes (sliced)
1/2 onion (sliced)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
[A] 2 tablespoons soy sauce
[A] 2 tablespoons mirin
[A] 2 tablespoons gochujang
Pizza cheese, to taste
Directions:
1. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the potato starch-coated chicken thighs until crispy.
2. Place the potatoes in a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Add the potatoes and onion to 1 and stir-fry, then add [A] and stir-fry.
3. Place the pizza cheese on 2., cover, and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. Finish!
