Green laver cheese fries

 


Ingredients (Serves 2):

3 new potatoes

5 tablespoons vegetable oil

[A] 2 tablespoons grated cheese

[A] 1 tablespoon green laver

Directions:

1. Wash the new potatoes thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized pieces with the skin on. Place them in a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.

2. Add vegetable oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Place the potatoes in the frying pan and fry until golden brown on both sides. Drain the oil and transfer to a heat-resistant bowl.

3. Add [A] to the potatoes in the frying pan and shake with your hands to coat thoroughly. Finish!
