Ingredients (Serves 2):
3 new potatoes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
[A] 1 tablespoon miso
[A] 1 tablespoon mirin
[A] 1 tablespoon sugar
[A] 1 tablespoon soy sauce
[A] 1 tablespoon ground white sesame seeds
10g butter
5g bonito flakes
Directions:
1. Wash the new potatoes thoroughly, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and soak them in water. Drain, place in a heat-resistant bowl, and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for about 5 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through.
2. Add vegetable oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add the potatoes from step 1 and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add [A] to step 2 and simmer until combined. Turn off the heat, add the butter and bonito flakes, mix quickly, and you're done!
