Broccoli and boiled egg Caesar salad

 


Ingredients (Serves 2):

200g Broccoli


2 Boiled Eggs


50g Crab-Flavored Kamaboko


[A] 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise


[A] 2 Tablespoons Plain Yogurt (Unsweetened)


[A] 1 Tablespoon Grated Cheese


[A] 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil


[A] 1 Teaspoon Grated Garlic


Black Pepper to Taste


Croutons to Taste


Directions:

1. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Cut the boiled eggs into quarters. Cut the crab-flavored kamaboko into bite-sized pieces.


2. Add salt (not included in the recipe, 1 tablespoon per liter of water) to boiling water and boil the broccoli in salt water for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Let cool and drain thoroughly.


3. Add [A] to a bowl and mix well. Reserve about 1/3 of the mixture in a separate bowl to use as a finishing touch.


④ Add ② and the crab-flavored kamaboko to ③ and mix well. Transfer to a serving dish and top with a boiled egg. Sprinkle with the reserved ③, black pepper, and croutons to finish, and it's done!
