Yam with butter and soy sauce

 


Ingredients

・Yamaimo...120g

・Green onion...4g

・Katsuobushi...1g

・A Soy sauce...1 tablespoon

・A Water...3 tablespoons

・A Unsalted butter...5g

Directions

1. Peel the yamaimo and cut into 1cm wide pieces. Cut thicker pieces into half-moon shapes.
2. Place the yamaimo in a heat-resistant container and add A ingredients.
3. Lightly cover with a lid (or plastic wrap) and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
4. Remove from the microwave and let cool.
5. Once completely cooled, place into small containers, top with green onion and bonito flakes, and serve.
