Rice cooker fried rice

 


Ingredients (Serves 2):

2 cups of rice


Water (to taste)


[A] 1 tablespoon soy sauce


[A] 1 tablespoon sake


[A] 2 teaspoons chicken stock powder


4 crab-flavored kamaboko (fish cakes)


Green onion (finely chopped) (to taste)


1 tablespoon sesame oil


2 eggs


1 teaspoon mayonnaise


Salt (to taste)


Pepper (to taste)


Directions:

1. Place the washed rice in a rice cooker and add [A]. Add water slightly less than the 2-cup mark, mix lightly, and cook as usual.


2. Immediately after cooking, add the crumbled crab-flavored kamaboko, green onion, and sesame oil and mix. Add the beaten eggs mixed with mayonnaise, then immediately cover and reheat for approximately 5 minutes.


3. Mix everything together with a rice paddle, season with salt and pepper, and it's done!
