Ingredients (serves 2):
2 potatoes
1 tablespoon potato starch
10g butter
1 tablespoon mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
20g pizza cheese
Directions:
1. Shred the potatoes using a julienne slicer, add the potato starch, and mix. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat and spread the potatoes.
2. Once golden brown, flip them over and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Reduce the heat and drizzle with mentsuyu.
3. Place the pizza cheese on top, cover, and cook for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted. It's done!
