Spinach and potato galette with yuzu pepper

 


Ingredients (Serves 2):

2 potatoes


1/2 bunch spinach


1 can tuna in oil (drained)


1/2 teaspoon yuzu pepper


[A] 50g pizza cheese


[A] 3 tablespoons potato starch


1 tablespoon olive oil


Directions:


1. Peel the potatoes and shred them. Cut the spinach into 3-4cm pieces.


2. Mix the tuna flakes and yuzu pepper thoroughly in a bowl. Add [A] and [A] and mix well.


3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Spread [B] on top and press firmly with a spatula while cooking. Once the bottom is golden brown and set, flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until crispy on both sides. Done!
