Ingredients (Serves 2):
1 bunch spinach
1 pack maitake mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
[A] 1 1/2 tablespoons mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
[A] 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
[A] 1 bag (2g) bonito flakes
Directions:
1. Boil the spinach for about 30 seconds, then rinse in cold water to remove the bitterness. Squeeze out the water thoroughly and cut into 3-4cm pieces.
2. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, spread the shredded maitake mushrooms on top, and cook until golden brown.
3. Place the spinach, maitake mushrooms, and [A] in a heat-resistant bowl, mix, and enjoy!
