Fluffy pancakes

 


[Ingredients] (Serves 1-2)


- Silken tofu...100g


- Egg...1


- Milk...30cc


- Pancake mix...150g


- Butter or honey, if desired

Ladle


Frying pan


Directions

(1) Put 100g of silken tofu (no need to drain) into a bag and knead until smooth. Add 1 egg and knead again.

2) Transfer to a bowl and mix with 30cc of milk. Add 150g of pancake mix.

(3) Mix with a whisk by repeatedly "mixing vigorously and dropping the batter" 10-20 times (the mixture will be dry but not smooth).

(4) Place 1/3-1/4 of the batter into a preheated, ungreased frying pan, cover, and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Flip, cover, and cook for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with butter or honey.
