Kimchi and cheese grilled rice balls

 


Ingredients (serves 2):

200g warm rice


60g kimchi (chopped)


40g pizza cheese


1 teaspoon sesame oil


Directions:

1. Mix the warm rice, drained kimchi, and half the pizza cheese in a heat-resistant bowl and form into two rice balls.


2. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and arrange the rice balls on top. Cook without moving them, turning them over once the bottom is browned.


3. Reduce the heat to low and top with the remaining pizza cheese. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and ready!
