Baked bell peppers with natto and cheese

 


Ingredients (serves 2):

2 bell peppers


1 pack natto (use the included sauce and mustard (optional))


40g pizza cheese


Directions:

1. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the stems and seeds. Add the included sauce and mustard to the natto and mix well.


2. Fill the insides of the peppers evenly with natto and top with pizza cheese.


3. Bake in a toaster oven (approximately 1000W) for 5-7 minutes. Once the cheese is melted and browned to your liking, it's done!


* Heating times vary depending on the toaster model, so adjust accordingly.


* Finishing off with a sprinkling of green onions adds color and flavor.
