Komatsuna, crab stick, sesame mayonnaise salad

 


1. Cut the komatsuna to fit into a microwave-safe container, rinse, and place in the container.

Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and microwave for about 3 minutes, then rinse in water to cool, drain, and cut into 2cm wide pieces.

2. Mix with mayonnaise and ground sesame seeds to make sesame mayonnaise.
