Authentic fried rice in 15 minutes with the aroma of garlic and chili bean paste

 


[Ingredients for 2 servings]


- 4-6 garlic sprouts


- 4 sausages


- 5 tablespoons canned corn


- 2 bowls of freshly cooked rice


- 2-3 tablespoons store-bought yakiniku sauce


- 1/2 teaspoon chili bean paste


- A pinch of salt and pepper


- 20g butter


[Preparation]


- Cut the garlic sprouts into 5mm pieces.

- Cut the sausages into 1cm pieces.


[Directions]


1. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the garlic sprouts and sausages. Once lightly browned, add the corn and rice and fry until fluffy.

2. Add the yakiniku sauce and chili bean paste, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
