[Ingredients for 2 people]
- 1/8-1/4 bunch rape blossoms
- 1/2 cod roe (cod roe)
- 1 teaspoon sake
- 2 bowls of freshly cooked rice
[Directions]
1. Cut off about 1cm of the base of the rape blossoms and soak them in water for a while. Cut into 3mm wide pieces. Cut the cod roe into 1cm wide pieces.
2. Place the rape blossoms and cod roe in separate heat-resistant containers and pour half the sake over each. Cover with plastic wrap and heat for 1 minute each. Squeeze out the water from the rape blossoms and add a little soy sauce (not included in the recipe) and squeeze again.
3. Mix the rape blossoms and cod roe into the rice.
