Ingredients
1 teaspoon salad oil
100g beef belly
[A] 200g bean sprouts
[A] 100g cabbage (shredded)
[A] 100g seasoned bamboo shoots
[A] 20g shredded carrots
[A] 10g chives (cut into 2-3cm pieces)
[B] 2 tablespoons sake
[B] 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
[B] 1/2 teaspoon salt
[B] 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
[B] Black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 seasoned egg (cut in half)
Directions
1. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beef belly and stir-fry. Once the meat changes color, add [A] and continue frying.
② Once everything is cooked through, add [B] and stir-fry until all the water has evaporated, then finish by drizzling with soy sauce. Transfer to a serving dish, top with a seasoned egg, and you're done!
