Stir-fried steamed shrimp and rape blossoms

 


[Ingredients for 2 servings]


- 6 shrimp


- A pinch of salt


- 1/2 bunch rapeseed greens


- 1 clove garlic


- 2 tablespoons sake


- A pinch of salt


- 1 tablespoon sesame oil


<Seasoning>


- 1 tablespoon sake


- A pinch of salt


[Preparation]


1. Shell and devein the shrimp, rinse in salted water, drain, and coat with the seasoning ingredients. Cut off 1cm of the base of the rapeseed greens and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the sprouts from the garlic and finely chop.

2. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp, rapeseed greens, and garlic. Once the shrimp have changed color and the rapeseed greens have softened, add the remaining rapeseed greens, add the sake, cover the frying pan, and steam over low heat.


3. Stir-fry over high heat to evaporate the water, season with salt and serve in a serving dish.
