Bengali women sew nakshi kantha - a reflection of their lives.

Our life is like a nakshi kantha - written by the creator.

3.

When the khatha is faded, torn, old, worn out, there is no other way but to throw it away.

4.

Can't we make it more colorful?  Can't we repair the torn area by sewing.

5.

We cannot make the old worn out more valuable than the new with our intellect, experience and love.
