 Bangladeshi crumbled Fish / Maacher Jhuri




Ingredients

500 grams fish

2 large onions

1 teaspoon ginger paste

1 teaspoon garlic paste

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

Salt to taste

Chilli powder to taste

4 green chilies

How did I cook?

  1.  I cut the fish, washed it well, rubbed it with               turmeric and salt and fried it.
  2.  I fried the onion in mustard oil in a pan. When the   onion is fried, I add ginger paste and garlic paste.
  3.  Then I seasoned it with salt, chili powder, turmeric     powder, coriander, and cumin powder.
  4.  When the spices are cooked, I add the fried fish         and raw chilies and stir well.
