Green pepper and chicken breast curry somen noodles

 

Ingredients:


100g somen noodles


50g chicken breast


1 bell pepper


[A] 50ml water


[A] 2 tablespoons mentsuyu (3x concentrated)


[A] 1 piece curry roux (chopped)


Directions:


1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, then cut into 1cm pieces. Cut the bell pepper in half lengthwise, remove the stem and seeds, and slice thinly. Place the chicken breast, bell pepper, and [A] ingredients in a deep, heat-resistant bowl.


2. Loosely cover [A] with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W. Remove from the heat and mix well to completely dissolve the curry roux. If the chicken breast is not cooked through, heat for an additional 30 seconds at a time, checking the texture.


3. Boil the somen noodles according to the package instructions, rinse thoroughly in cold water to remove any stickiness, and drain well. Add to bowl ② and mix well to finish!

Tuna, sesame and green peppers

 

Ingredients

- 3 bell peppers (170g)


- 1 can (80g) of canned tuna


- 1 1/2 tablespoons of ponzu sauce


- 1/2 teaspoon of grated fresh garlic (tube)


- 2 tablespoons of roasted white sesame seeds


Preparation

- Remove the stems and seeds from the bell peppers and slice them into thin strips.


- Combine ingredients A in a large bowl.

Directions

1. Place the bell peppers in a heat-resistant container, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W.

2. Drain the peppers in a colander, then lightly pat dry with kitchen paper.

3. Add the bell peppers from step 2 to the bowl containing the tuna.

4. Mix thoroughly and serve.

Salmon and Maitake Mushrooms Grilled in Foil with Garlic and Butter

 

Ingredients:


2 slices of raw salmon


1/2 stalk of maitake mushrooms


3 tablespoons of sweet corn


1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce


[A] 2 tablespoons of melted butter


[A] 1 teaspoon of grated garlic


Directions:


1. Cut off the bases of the maitake mushrooms and tear them into bite-sized pieces by hand.


2. Place one slice of raw salmon on aluminum foil, top with half of the remaining ingredients (1) and the sweet corn, and pour the soy sauce and [A] ingredients over it. Repeat to make another batch.


3. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake in the toaster for about 15 minutes. Finish!
