Canola flowers and crab-flavored kamaboko salad

 


Ingredients:

100g Canola flowers

2-3 crab-flavored kamaboko

[A] 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

[A] 1 teaspoon sugar

[A] 1/2 teaspoon chicken stock powder

[A] Toasted sesame seeds, as needed

How to make:

① Boil water in a pot, add salt (not included in the recipe, as needed), add canola flowers and boil for about 1 minute.


② Cool the boiled  canola flowers in cold water. Wipe off the water thoroughly and cut into bite-sized pieces.


③ Put ②, the shredded crab-flavored kamaboko, and [A] in a bowl, mix well, 

and it's done!
