Turnip and anchovy salad

 


Ingredients 

- Turnips 1-2

- Dried anchovies 2 tbsp

- Prepared sweet vinegar 1 tbsp

- Sesame oil 1.5 tbsp

(Preparation]

- Remove the leaves from the turnip, wash it thoroughly with water, cut into thin gingko-shaped slices, cut the leaves into small pieces and place in a heat-resistant bowl.

[How to make]

1. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, fry the dried baby sardines until golden brown, and pour over the turnips in a heat-resistant bowl.

2. Add the prepared sweet vinegar to (1), mix, and serve in a serving dish.
