Ingredients for 4 people
1/2 pack each of maitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms
☆1/2 small each of garlic powder and curry powder
☆A little salt and pepper
☆A little Ajinomoto
1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation: 5-15 minutes
Remove the stems from the mushrooms, separate the maitake and shimeji mushrooms, and cut the enoki mushrooms in half lengthwise and separate them.
