Ingredients
Rice...1 bowl (about 120g)
Asparagus...1 stalk
Tempura flakes...2 tablespoons
Mentsuyu (3x concentrated)...1/2 teaspoon
Butter...5g
Salt and pepper...a little
Preparation
De-string the asparagus and cut it into 5mm pieces.
Pour the mentsuyu sauce over the tempura flakes.
How to make
1. Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the asparagus, seasoning with salt and pepper.
2. Mix the asparagus and tempura scraps into the rice.
3. Gather the rice with the ingredients together and make rice balls.
