Ingredients (for one 8cm x 20cm x 7cm pound cake mold)
150g pancake mix
100g butter
2 eggs (at room temperature)
70g cane sugar (sugar)
6g vanilla bean paste
Directions
① Line a pound cake mold with baking paper. Start preheating the oven to 170℃.
② Put butter in a bowl and heat in a 600w microwave for 1 minute to melt it, then add cane sugar and mix. Crack the eggs and mix until smooth, add vanilla bean paste and mix further.
③ Add the pancake mix and mix until it is no longer powdery.
④ Pour ③ into the pound cake mold ①, drop it from a high position 3-4 times to smooth the batter, make a depression in the center, and bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
5. Once cooked, place on a cooler to cool, cut into bite-sized pieces, and it's done!
