Ingredients:
2 chicken breast fillets
50g kimchi
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
How to make:
① Remove the tendons from the chicken breast and cut it diagonally into 5mm pieces. Place in a heat-resistant bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 2 to 2.5 minutes. (Adjust the heating time depending on the size of the chicken breast.) After heating, be sure to check that the center is cooked through.
② Put the kimchi in another bowl, add the drained ①, and mix well.
③ Add sesame oil to ② and mix further, then serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. It's done!
