Ingredients:
1 slice of bread
1 slice of new onion (1.5cm thick slices)
1 egg
1 slice of half bacon
1 slice of sliced cheese
1/2 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of salad oil
How to make:
① Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the new onion. Once browned, turn it over.
② Cut out the center of the bread, leaving about 1cm of the edge, and place the outer part around ①. Pour in the beaten egg and sprinkle with half bacon cut into 1cm widths. Cover and bake on low heat for about 3 minutes.
③ Place the sliced cheese, mayonnaise, and hollowed-out bread on top of ②, in that order, and turn it over. Bake for about 2 minutes until golden brown and it's done!
Serve with chopped parsley on top if you like!
