Ingredients for 4 people
3 shiitake mushrooms
1 bag maitake mushrooms
2 king oyster mushrooms
☆5g salted kelp
☆1 1/2 tbsp mirin
A little salt
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp white sesame seeds
Preparation time: 5-15 minutes
Remove the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and thinly slice them, remove the stems of the maitake mushrooms and break them apart, remove the stems of the king oyster mushrooms and thinly slice them into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry 1 without moving it too much. Once browned, add ☆ and stir fry.
Taste and add salt to taste, then mix in the white sesame seeds.
