Enoki mushroom yurinchi

 


Ingredients:

1 stalk of Enoki mushroom

[A] 1 egg

[A] 2 tablespoons of plain flour

1 tablespoon of sesame oil

[B] 1/4 long onion (finely chopped)

[B] 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

[B] 1 tablespoon of vinegar

[B] 1 tablespoon of sugar

[B] 1/2 teaspoon of grated garlic

How to make:

① Cut off the root of the Enoki mushroom, leaving about 2 cm of the stem, and divide it into two equal parts lengthwise. Put [A] in a tray, mix, and coat the Enoki mushroom evenly.

② Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, arrange ① and fry. When both sides are golden brown, transfer to a plate.

③ Put [B] in a bowl, mix, pour over ②, and it's done!

Serve with finely chopped green onions on top if desired!
