Chicken breast and green pepper cheese spring rolls

 


Ingredients:

2 spring roll wrappers

1 chicken breast

1 bell pepper

20g pizza cheese

1/6 tsp salt (A)

1/6 tsp pepper (A)

1 tsp flour (dissolve in 2 tsp water)

Appropriate amount of frying oil


How to make:


1. Remove the tendons from the chicken breast, cut it into thin diagonal slices about 5mm wide, and sprinkle with (A). Remove the seeds and stems from the bell pepper, and cut it into thin strips lengthwise.

2. Place the chicken breast, bell pepper, and pizza cheese on the front of the spring roll wrapper, roll it up from the front, and fold both ends inward. Secure the end of the roll with glue made by dissolving flour in water. Make another roll in the same way.

3. Pour frying oil into a deep frying pan up to 5cm from the bottom, and heat to 170℃. Add ② and when both sides are browned and cooked through, it's done!
