Ingredients
- Powdered agar...4g
- Water...300ml
- Milk...300ml
- Sugar...50g
- Condensed milk...20g
- Your favorite fruit (strawberries, kiwi, canned mandarin oranges, canned fruit)...250g total
How to make:
1. Cut the fruit into small pieces.
2. Add water and powdered agar to a pot, mix well and heat.
Just before it boils, turn off the heat, add the sugar, condensed milk, and milk, and mix well.
3. Sprinkle 1 into a mold that has been wetted with water, pour in 2, and chill in the refrigerator until solidified.
Garnish with cherries and mint, if desired.
Tips
- If the fruit floats, remove it from the refrigerator just before it hardens and stir it lightly with a spoon to make it even.
- When removing it from the mold, run a knife around the edges, cover it with a container and turn it upside down to remove it cleanly.
