Ingredients
30g dried whitebait
100g sunny lettuce
1 cucumber
4 green shiso leaves
1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
A [1 teaspoon vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon chicken stock powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon sesame oil]
[Directions]
(1) Tear the sunny lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and thinly slice diagonally. Julienne the green shiso leaves.
(2) Put A into a bowl and mix.
(3) Add the vegetables, dried baby sardines, and toasted sesame seeds and mix quickly (mixing will release water easily, so mix just before serving).
(4) Serve on a plate and it's done.
