Lightly pickled green peppers

 


Ingredients:


3-4 bell peppers


[A] 5g salted kelp


[A] 2 teaspoons white dashi


[A] 1 teaspoon vinegar


[A] Sliced chili peppers, as needed


Directions:

1. Remove the stems and seeds from the bell peppers and tear them into bite-sized pieces.

2. Place 1 and [A] in a plastic bag and mix well. Place in the refrigerator overnight and it's done!
