1/2 carrot, 1 tablespoon raisins, 2 tablespoons plain yogurt, 1 teaspoon honey, a little lemon juice, and some walnuts (coarsely chopped) to taste.
How to cook
(1) Thinly slice the carrots.
(2) Mix the yogurt, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl.
(3) Add the carrots and raisins and mix. Finish by adding walnuts to taste.
