Ingredients
・ 1 stalk of broccoli
・ Pinch of salt
・ 2 slices of ham
・ 2 boiled eggs
・ 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
・ 1 tablespoon of mentaiko mayonnaise
・ 1 teaspoon of tomato ketchup
・ 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise
・ 1 teaspoon of Pokka Lemon juice
・ Pepper to taste
・ Parmesan cheese to taste
How to make
Soak the broccoli in water and wash it thoroughly.
Cut it into bite-sized pieces.
I always decide how much of the stem to leave, but I usually cut it so that it's about 2cm long.
If the stems are still edible and tough, you can peel them and boil them together.
Bring plenty of water to a boil in a pot and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
Add the broccoli.
Heat for about 2 minutes, stirring with chopsticks, then rinse with water.
Drain well and place in a bowl.
Dice the ham and add to the pot.
Chop the boiled eggs into chunks and add to the pot.
Make the dressing sauce in a separate bowl.
Add mayonnaise, mentaiko mayonnaise, tonkatsu sauce, oyster sauce, and Pokka Lemon juice and mix well.
Toss well with the dressing sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pepper.
Please serve in a bowl and enjoy.
