Sauteed zucchini in soy sauce

 

[Ingredients for 2 servings]


- 1 zucchini


- 1 teaspoon grated ginger


- 1 teaspoon soy sauce


- 1 teaspoon sesame oil


[Preparation]


- Cut off the stem of the zucchini, cut it into thirds lengthwise, and then cut it lengthwise into 4-6 equal pieces.


[Directions]

1. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over low heat and add the zucchini. Turn the zucchini over medium heat until cooked through. Add the ginger and soy sauce, stir-fry, and serve.
